We wrap up the concept of Brown Trout on the Edge of structure with a look at the subtle edges – areas that many don’t look at and consider as obvious brown trout habitat. Depressions that cause subtle seams, shallow flats, and others are looked at. Included in this chapter is the Edge of Darkness, which looks at how browns act & move to habitat once light levels drop and they feel safe to do so. Many big browns are caught in subtle waters and the Edge of Darkness provides excellent opportunity.
